All orders are final.
We can not cancel an order once it has been placed, but if you contact us before it has been sent, we may able to change the style or size.

Eligibility:
Full-price sale items are eligible for a return within 28 days of the delivery date.
Please email us for approval within 28 days.
Products must be returned in their original form: unused, unsoiled and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping so please use registered/ signed for post with tracking so that it does notget lost: We are not responsible for lost packages.
Please note that we only accept returns for purchases made on our own website:
mika-milo.com, and not on any other websites or stockists.
Exclusions:
All Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
They are clearly marked with Final Sale on the product page.
Return Instructions:
To request a return, simply email us at aiko @ mika-milo.com within 28 days of receiving your parcel.
Please kindly state your order number to help us to find your order.
Once we email you back with confirmation for your return, the goods must then be sent back to our warehouse in Hong Kong within 7 business days of the email confirmation (postage marked within 7 working days).
If the goods are returned back to us in a re-saleable condition, you will be offered a full refundfor the goods (excluding the original cost of shipping), with the money refunded back onto the original payment method.
Faulty Items:
Great care is taken to ensure you do not receive a faulty item. And, as we are a small family run business, each item has been individually quality controlled before being sent out to you.
However, in the unlikely event that this has happened, please email us immediately and we will do our best to solve this problem for you as soon as possible.
You will receive an exchange if possible, or a full refund onto your original payment method, and of course, you will also be reimbursed for the cost of postage.
The same rules apply if you receive the wrong size or style.
