Delivery
Processing time Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment clearing, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping origin All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Shipping costs We offer standard shipping worldwide at a flat rate of US$18 per order. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from dispatch.
Order tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If your parcel is late or marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please email us within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve.
Address changes If you need to change your delivery address, please email us before dispatch — we're unable to redirect parcels once they've been shipped.
Import duties & taxes
United States Duties and taxes are included in the checkout price. No surprise fees on delivery.
All other countries Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes on arrival. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Return window 28 days from the date your order is received.
Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed, in resaleable condition, and with original tags attached.
How to start a return Email aiko@mika-milo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we're unable to refund items that don't reach us.
Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or piece, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order — this is the fastest way to ensure your preferred size is in stock.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please email us within 14 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, and return shipping is on us.
Gift returns
If you've received a MIKA & MILO piece as a gift and would like to return it, please email us. We can arrange a return on the original order, or issue store credit at the same value.
