To preserve the unparalleled softness and shape of your luxury knit, we recommend gentle hand washing.

• Washing: Hand wash separately in cool water (max 30°C) using a mild, eco-friendly detergent or a shampoo specifically for cashmere.
• What to Avoid: Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not soak, wring, or rub the garment.
• Rinsing: Gently press the water through the knit to rinse until the water runs clear.
• Drying: Gently press out excess water. Always lay flat on a clean towel away from direct heat or sunlight to dry in its original shape. This prevents stretching.
• Storage: Once completely dry, store folded to maintain its shape.

• Shipping From: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

• US Customers: Don’t worry! All import duties and taxes are included. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

• International Customers (outside the US): Your order may be subject to customs fees and import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Returns:

• Easy Returns: Not 100% in love? Return it unused, with original tags attached, within 28 days of delivery.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
