Processing Time: We lovingly hand-pack and dispatch your order within 2 business days of payment clearing. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Shipping Methods & Costs: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your location and your choice between our standard and express shipping options. You will see the options and cost before you pay.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your journey.
Import Duties & Taxes

US Customers: Don’t worry! All import duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. You will not be faced with any surprise fees upon delivery.

International Customers (outside the US): Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These fees are not included in our product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are determined by your local customs authority.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your MIKA & MILO piece.

Return Window: We offer a 28-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return: Please email us at aiko@mika-milo.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. We will promptly reply with instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
