Shipping:
Orders are dispatched within two working days, subject to payment and stock availability. All orders ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Please select standard or express shipping at checkout. Standard shipping takes about 10 days and express shipping takes about 3 days.
Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the product price.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your items and wish to return it, simply email us at aiko@mika-milo.com
Full-price sale items are eligible for a return within 28 days of the delivery date.
Products must be returned in their original form: unused, unsoiled and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping so please use registered post so that it does not get lost.

Faulty Items:
Great care is taken to ensure you do not receive a faulty item. As we are a small family run business, each item has been individually quality controlled before being sent out to you.
However, in the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please email us immediately.
You will receive an exchange if possible, or a full refund onto your original payment method, and of course, you will also be reimbursed for the cost of postage.
