A small heart, knit row by row across the front of a girl's pencil skirt. Repeated, scattered, in soft Bubble Gum pink. There's nothing loud about it. No words, no logos. Just a hundred small hearts, jacquard-knit into 95% organic cotton and 5% cashmere by a 4th-generation Scottish textile family.

The set
The pieces are designed to coordinate without trying too hard. A daughter can wear all three together, or just the jumper with denim, or just the skirt with a plain white tee — and each combination works.
The Love Hearts Jumper in Bubble Gum is the anchor. Heavyweight knit, scattered hearts across the front, ribbed neckline and cuffs that stay soft after a hundred washes. Sizes 2–10.
The Love Hearts Pencil Skirt in Bubble Gum is the pair piece. A pencil silhouette knit in the same heart jacquard, with a wide rib waistband that sits at her natural waist and stays put while she runs. Pairs perfectly with the matching jumper, or layers under our Love Hearts Ruffled Jacket for a complete look.
All three pieces share the same blend, the same makers, the same studio. Knit in small batches in our 4th-generation Scottish textile studio. Soft on sensitive skin, machine-washable, non-itch.

A small note on the hearts
We've been asked, over the years, why the hearts look the way they do. The answer is that we wanted them to feel like something a child would draw. Slightly imperfect. Slightly too round. Not a manufactured, identical, geometric heart, but a real one. So our designer drew about thirty hearts on a single sheet of paper and we picked the one that looked most like a child's. That's the heart you see, knit row by row, in every Love Hearts piece.

Like every MIKA & MILO piece, the Love Hearts Collection is Mended for Life — free repair on every piece, forever, by the same hands that knit it. Wear holes, pulled stitches, loved-through cuffs: send it back, we'll fix it. We designed the collection assuming it would be worn through and then passed on to a younger sister, a cousin, or simply put away for the next child in the family.
Sizing notes
Sizes run true. If your daughter is between sizes, we recommend going up — the knit softens after the first wash and the longer length carries her into a second autumn.
