There's more to an outfit than just kids clothes. Accessories are the finishing touches that can really make a difference. They can be fun and stylish, or practical and functional. But whatever the purpose, they're an important part of a child's wardrobe. There are all sorts of accessories to choose from. Hats and caps are a great way to protect from the sun or the cold. Scarves and gloves can do the same, and they can also add a splash of color or pattern. Belts can be both decorative and practical, and bags are essential for carrying all the things a kid needs on the go. Then there are the jewelry and hair accessories. These can be playful and funky, or more subdued and classic. But they're always a great way to personalize an outfit. So don't forget the accessories when putting together a child's outfit. They can really make a difference.
The Stevensons have been working in the woollen industry for well over a century. It started with Herbert Stevenson who used to run a woollen mill producing his own brand of Scottish tweeds on the outskirts of Edinburgh. When Drummond joined the firm, their brand of Macnab tweeds was sold throughout Europe and the US. Peter then added cashmere to the mix. Peter first went up to Inner Mongolia over 40 years ago and the Stevensons have been working with the same cashmere partners up there ever since.
