To help preserve the softness and shape of your MIKA & MILO knitwear:

• Machine wash cool on a wool cycle, inside out, with a mild detergent — or a delicates cycle if your machine has no wool setting
• Do not bleach, tumble dry, wring, or hang while wet
• Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry
• Iron inside out on a cool setting if needed
• Store flat rather than hung

With the right care, your knit will maintain its softness, shape, and colour for seasons to come.

Dispatch
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Hong Kong warehouse.

Shipping
We offer standard shipping worldwide at a flat rate of US$18 per order. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from dispatch.
Free standard shipping on orders over US$198.

Import Duties & Taxes

• United States: Duties and taxes are included, so the checkout price is the final price.
• International (outside the US): Local customs duties or import taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Returns
We offer a 28-day return window for unused items with original tags attached. Original packaging is not required.
