Yes — our blend is naturally itch-free and free from harsh chemicals, making it comfortable for all-day wear, even for children with sensitive skin or eczema. If your child has ever refused to wear a jumper because it feels scratchy, this is the knitwear that changes that.
Yes. Wash cool on a wool cycle, inside out, with similar colours — or a delicates cycle if your machine has no wool setting. Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.
No — our knitwear is pre-shrunk and designed to hold its shape over hundreds of washes. Wash cool and lay flat to dry as advised in our care guide, and the size you receive is the size it stays.
Our knitwear is designed to be machine-washed hundreds of times without losing its shape, softness, or colour. The 5% cashmere actually gets softer with wear, and the organic cotton holds its structure wash after wash.
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend comparing the garment measurements with a jumper your child already wears and loves. If you're between sizes, sizing up is often a good option for longer wear.
If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our knits are designed with a relaxed fit and soften with wear — a slightly larger piece will get more years of use. If you're not sure, email aiko@mika-milo.com with your child's age, height, and chest measurement, and we'll help you choose.
Yes — we ship worldwide, dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Hong Kong warehouse.
For U.S. orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout — no hidden fees on delivery. For all other countries, local customs duties or import taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

We offer 28-day returns on unused items with original tags attached. To start a return, email aiko@mika-milo.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — we recommend a tracked service.

Every MIKA & MILO order arrives in considered packaging, ready to give as a gift. If you'd like to include a handwritten note, please add it to the order notes at checkout — we'll write it by hand and include it with the order. If you'd like us to ship directly to the recipient, enter their address as the delivery address; we'll make sure no invoice is included.
Yes. If you've received a MIKA & MILO piece as a gift, please email aiko@mika-milo.com with the recipient's name and rough order date. We'll arrange a return and issue store credit at the same value, so the original gift-giver doesn't see the return on their account.
