Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the European Union and have ordered from MIKA & MILO, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days — for any reason, and without giving one. This is your statutory right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive 2023/2673.

We're glad to honour it, and we've made the process as simple as we can.

A note on returns from the EU: MIKA & MILO is a Hong Kong-registered company. Your right of withdrawal under EU law applies in full, but please note that any items you choose to return will need to be shipped to our warehouse in Hong Kong. We are happy to advise on the most economical tracked service.

When the right applies

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, starting from:

• The day your order is delivered, or
• For orders with multiple items, the day the final item is delivered.

This right is in addition to our standard 28-day returns policy. If your 14-day withdrawal window has passed, your order may still be returnable under our standard policy.

What's covered

The right of withdrawal applies to all standard MIKA & MILO orders shipped to addresses in the European Union.

It does not apply to:

• Items personalised at your request (such as hand-monogrammed pieces)
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed

How to cancel your order

There are two ways to let us know.

1. Use the form below. This is the quickest way. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email once your request is submitted.

2. Email us at aiko@mika-milo.com. Please include your full name, your order reference, and a clear statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Step 2 — confirm

We will ask you to confirm your withdrawal on the next screen. Once confirmed, an automatic acknowledgement will be sent to your email address. We will also reply personally within one business day.

What happens next

• We will acknowledge your withdrawal request by email within one business day.
• If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full — including any standard shipping charges paid — within 14 days of receiving your notice. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• If your order has already been dispatched, you will be asked to return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. We will refund the purchase price, plus the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned items — or from the moment you provide proof of postage, whichever is earlier.

Returning your order

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to our Hong Kong warehouse. Because international return shipping can be expensive, we recommend reaching out to us at aiko@mika-milo.com before posting — we can advise on the most cost-effective tracked service from your country. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Please allow 7–14 days for transit.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee or administrative charge. Where the law permits, we may deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in the value of an item caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
