All orders are final. We can not cancel an order once it has been placed, but if you contact us before it has been sent, we are able to change the style or size. Please email us aiko @ mika-milo.com
Returns must must be requested via email within 7 days of receiving your order: please email us at aiko @ mika-milo.com for your return authorisation number. You will be then be sent clear instructions as to how to return your order.
Returns requested after 7 days but within 14 days of the delivery date are eligible for store credit only.
Mika & Milo does not accept returns REQUESTED after 14 days of the delivery date.
However, we realise that it will take longer to post your items back to us, especially in light of the virus.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Once we have inspected and processed your return, your refund or credit note will be processed.
Mika & Milo reserves the right to deny a return if said items are soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric.
In this instance, they will be returned back to the buyer. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
Mika & Milo are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the post so we strongly advise that all returned goods back via registered post.
Any returned items that are not received by Mika & Milo will not be refunded.
Items that have been pre-ordered are not eligible return.
And, all SAMPLE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and thus not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

The buyer is responsible for any taxes or customs/duties incurred. Refusal to pay customs or duties does not constitute a valid return and will not be accepted.
