All orders are final. We can not cancel an order once it has been placed, but if you contact us before it has been sent, we may able to change the style or size. Please email us as soon as you can to:

Full-price sale items are eligible for a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be returned in their original form: unused, unsoiled and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping so please use registered/ signed for post with tracking so that it does not get lost in the mail.

All Sale orders are final and cannot be returned.
To request a return, simply email us at aiko @ mika-milo.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Once we email you back with confirmation for your return, the goods must then be sent back to our warehouse in Hong Kong within 7 business days of the email confirmation (postage marked within 7 working days).
If the goods are returned back to us in a re-saleable condition, you will be offered a full refund for the goods (excluding the original cost of shipping), with money
refunded back onto the original payment method.
Great care is taken to ensure you do not receive a faulty item.
You will receive an exchange if possible, or a full refund onto your original payment method, and of course, you will also be reimbursed for the cost of postage.
