Return Instructions:
To request a return, simply email us at aiko @ mika-milo.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Once we email you back with confirmation for your return, the goods must then be sent back to our warehouse in Hong Kong within 7 business days of the email confirmation (postage marked within 7 working days).

In the light of the virus, we do not expect to receive the package within 7 days, but would like them to be posted within 7 days.
